“Pleasure activism is the work we do to reclaim our whole, happy, and satisfiable selves from the impacts, delusions, and limitations of oppression and/or supremacy.”
Activists & organizers
This is for you if...
You're building the world we need while this one tries to crush you for it—organizing unions, running mutual aid networks, coordinating actions, working as a street medic, holding space for your community's grief and rage, showing up again and again because someone has to. You're organizing against deportations, fighting book bans, protecting trans kids, defending reproductive justice, keeping people housed and fed.
You're a BIPoC organizer navigating compounded burnout, or any grassroots activist who knows that rest isn't optional anymore, it's strategic. The work is relentless, and you're running on fumes that ran out months ago. Your exhaustion isn't a personal failing, it's a predictable outcome of doing sacred work in a system designed to grind you into dust.
Here's what I know: we can't afford your burnout. Not you personally—we, the people you're organizing with and for. When you go down, the whole ecosystem feels it.
You need a space where you can put down the weight. Where releasing rage doesn't make you a "bad activist." Where joy isn't a betrayal of the struggle. Where your body gets to remember that pleasure and rest are part of the resistance, not distractions from it.
This work is about reconnecting to the erotic as revolutionary fuel—not in spite of the fight, but as the sustainable energy source that keeps you in it for the long haul.
What we work on together
Releasing what you're carrying: The rage that has nowhere safe to go. The grief that doesn't fit into your organizing meetings. The hypervigilance that won't turn off even when you're "resting." We use breath to move it through and out, so it stops living in your tissues.
Reclaiming joy as resistance: You're allowed to feel good in your body. To laugh without guilt. To experience pleasure that isn't earned through productivity. Joy isn't frivolous—it's the proof that they haven't won, that your aliveness is still yours.
Restoring your connection to erotic energy: Not sexual (unless that's part of your path), but alive. The life force that makes you want to keep going. The creative spark that generates new strategies. The embodied knowing that tells you when to push and when to rest.
Building sustainable practices: Breathwork and somatic tools you can take with you. Ways to discharge activation in real time. Rituals that anchor you when everything feels like chaos.

Oshun's Oasis
Five weekly 55-minute sessions
A focused, breath-based journey into a specific longing or threshold you're ready to meet. We use breathwork as the primary modality to access what your body knows, release what it's been holding, and reclaim your aliveness. Whether you want to deepen your connection to your erotic energy, release shame, or rewire your relationship with the sacred, this series centers your breath as the guide toward transformation.
Community Rate: $200 total
The Community Rate exists because organizing work often means choosing between paying your bills and doing the work the world needs. Whether you're grant-funded in a position that could disappear, doing unpaid community organizing while supporting dependents, piecing together side hustles as your household's sole earner, or relying on partner income to sustain your activism - this rate acknowledges you're already giving everything to collective liberation. You shouldn't have to choose between your own healing and the movement.
Payment plans available.
Returning clients: 20% discount.
Fire & Fuel Intensive™
Five biweekly 90-minute sessions
A more expansive path for activists who need practices that fuel the long fight. We weave breathwork with ritual, creative expression, ancestor work, journaling, and embodied assignments that help you sustain resistance work without sacrificing your aliveness. Together we create practices that speak directly to your life as an organizer, your history in the movement, and your medicine for the collective.
If you need it, we can also work on burnout prevention, processing rage and grief without letting them consume you, or finding rest when the work never stops—tools specifically for activists who need their bodies to sustain resistance work rather than become casualties of it.
