Individual coaching

Individual transformation for Collective Liberation.

I offer individual to people doing world-shifting work: organizers and activists, sexworkers, healers, and cultural workers. You spend your days giving to other people, and your own aliveness tends to be the first thing to go.

Each path carries its own pressures, so each has its own page. Organizers and activists often arrive with rage and grief that have nowhere safe to go. Sex workers are protecting a personal erotic life under economic scarcity and political danger. Healers have held space for everyone else's transformation while their own well runs dry. Cultural workers often experience creative blocks, or need help with a specific project and a deadline.

Sessions center on breathwork. We use it to move through what you've been carrying and to reconnect with your own pleasure and erotic energy. Oshun's Oasis is five weekly 55-minute sessions, a focused breath-based journey into a specific longing or threshold. The Intensives are five biweekly 90-minute sessions that weave breathwork with ritual, creative expression, ancestor work, and journaling, shaped to your path. Cultural workers with a specific project deadline can also choose 12 sessions of Project Coaching. Pricing is tiered, and you choose the tier that matches your real financial situation. Payment plans are available, and returning clients get 20% off.
